Here’s how it works:
- Receive up $100.00 (first year renewal)/ $150.00 (second year renewal)/ $200.00 (third year or more renewal)
- New Residents (who signed a 12-month lease) receive up to $200.00
- Shop at any of the sites listed below
- Email a copy of your receipts ot the leasing office (leasing@gemc.com) or bring a copy to the leasing office (2619 Hydraulic Rd. Charlottesville VA 22901)
- Receive the $100.00/$150.00/$200.00 credit on your next month’s rent (receipts should received before the 20th of the month for credit to be on the following month)
